How much is the resort rental?
Regular rates for up to 15 guests are ₱15,500 from Sunday to Thursday and ₱17,000 on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays. For 16–20 guests, rates are ₱20,000 and ₱21,500, respectively. For 21–25 guests, rates are ₱24,500 and ₱26,000. During the November–January holiday period, rates for up to 20 guests are ₱21,500 from Sunday to Thursday and ₱23,000 on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays, while rates for 21–25 guests are ₱26,000 and ₱27,500, respectively.
Do rates change on weekends and holidays?
Yes, rates are higher on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays, and a separate holiday rate schedule applies.
What is included in the rental fee?
The rental includes the pools, bedrooms allocated to your package, air-conditioned living and dining areas, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, karaoke, kitchen appliances, BBQ grill, bedding, games, and parking. LPG use and dining utensil rental have separate charges.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free unlimited Wi-Fi is available.
Is parking available, and how many vehicles can fit?
The resort has a one-car garage, with additional parking available in front of the property and along the street. Please confirm space availability if bringing several vehicles.
Are pets allowed?
A ₱500 pet entrance fee is listed, but please confirm any restrictions and whether the fee applies per pet or per booking.
Are there additional fees we should know about?
